This was the first comic book I read when I was in elementary school. Also it was the book that made me get into the world of comic books. Me and my friends used to borrow about 10 books a day and read them at school.;; I can still remember it.

This is a comic book about two ancient countries of China-Yin(Shang, 殷) and Zhou(周) dynasty that followed Yin. Specifically, it grounds on a changing period from Shang to Zhou. The last king of Shang was King Zhou. He was called one of the most cruel kings and had done many bad things with his wife. There lived another lord(under King Zhou) called Wen Wang(文王). He was totally different from King Zhou as he was famous for his generosity. Finally, Wu Wang(武王), Wen Wang's son- attackes King Zhou, collapses Yin dynasty and establishes Zhou dynasty. This comic book grounds on this story.

These days, I study about the Chinese history in my classes. Maybe that's why I would like to read this comic book once more. I think my enhanced knowledge will make it feels different from before to read this again.

I naver read the book, but I know the story. In china, almost during every school vacation, the drama of 封神演義 plays in the TV.
